At Sugarfar, we strive to create a safe environment, and our members should have no doubt that they are in the best hands with us. Our focus is to ensure that all users have a safe and positive experience. We encourage all our users to report any offensive, harassing, or inappropriate content intended to demean other users or that otherwise violates our terms. All reports are carefully reviewed by our professional support team.

Terms for profiles

To create a profile on Sugarfar, you must be at least 18 years old.
When you create a profile and share content on Sugarfar, you consent to us displaying your profile to other users on Sugarfar, including via email and on the site.
It is not permitted to offer the recipient any form of services, including sex. Disclaimer: Sugarfar is NOT an escort service. Our platform will in no way support or facilitate escort services or prostitution. Users who attempt to exploit Sugarfar for such purposes will be investigated and banned from our site without notice.
You may not use the Sugarfar site if you have been convicted of a sexual offence.
It is not permitted to share your own or others' email address, Snapchat, Facebook, Skype, or any other form of contact information in your profile text.
It is not permitted to link to other websites from your profile or in any other way direct visitors to your own or others' websites.
You must not enter false contact details or another person's email address, phone number or sensitive personal information.
Sugarfar newsletters may contain news, advertisements and marketing. They are sent with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
In accordance with "data protection legislation", as a registered user you have a number of rights that we must ensure are fulfilled at all times. You have the right to request the following from us: access to, modification of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us if you wish to request deletion of your personal data or restrict its processing.
By uploading images, the user acknowledges that Sugarfar has the right to modify the material and to reject or delete the material at its discretion.
Profiles whose primary purpose is deemed to be the sale of videos, photos, webcam shows, phone calls or similar, and which are of the nature of actual prostitution, will be deleted/blocked without notice.

Terms for profile photos

The photo must be of yourself.
The photo must not contain logos, links or references to other websites.
The photo must not contain contact information.
The photo must not contain offensive, hateful, violent, threatening or illegal activity.
The photo must not be strongly erotic or pornographic - breasts and genitals must be covered.
The photo must be recent, and you must have the rights needed to use it.
The photo must not contain wasted space and must be correctly oriented.

Terms for profile content

Including profile texts, sending messages, and profile names:

Profile text must not contain contact information (including social networks, phone numbers or any other forms of communication tools).
It is not permitted to offer money for sexual services. Activities suspected of involving escort services, prostitution or similar will result in immediate closure of the profile without warning. This includes all profile content (profile text, profile name and photos).
It is not permitted to write with the purpose of expressing negative or derogatory opinions about the recipient.
Profile names must not contain contact information, including email, references to social media or website addresses.
The profile name must be decent and must not be of a grossly vulgar or offensive nature.
Profile text must not contain derogatory or racist remarks about other people or groups.
Sugarfar may at any time, without notice, delete posts or profiles if one or more of the above conditions are not met. We have the right at all times to review a profile's content as well as personal messages if the profile is reported or if there is suspicion that the profile violates the guidelines. All content will at all times remain confidential.

Important warnings

We advise all users against giving money to people they do not know. Requests of this nature are most often intended to extract money from people, and the money is never seen again.

We advise all users against sharing sensitive personal information, including personal details such as contact information, address and account numbers.

Sugarfar is established as a communication platform between the site's users. We therefore cannot assume responsibility for communication or material that the site's users send to each other. If you have had an unpleasant experience with a user, you are of course welcome to contact us. We will then investigate the matter and, if necessary, exercise the powers available to us, including pursuant to these terms.

We encourage everyone to report profiles via the report button for any violations of the above terms. In cases of doubt regarding the interpretation of these terms, Sugarfar alone makes the final decision.

The above terms are governed by Danish law without excluding mandatory rights under applicable consumer law. Sugarfar reserves the right, without reservation or notice, to delete/modify profiles that exploit our platform commercially or contain other forms of advertising that are offensive, untruthful, discriminatory, defamatory, do not comply with the terms of use, or are otherwise deemed not to meet the site's purpose, concept and general decorum. Sugarfar reserves the right to delete the profile if authenticity cannot be proven. This applies regardless of whether the user has paid for a service that has not yet been delivered. Suspected legal violations may be reported to the authorities with relevant information in accordance with applicable law.

Acceptable use

Sugarfar is a dating platform for genuine connections between adults. It is strictly prohibited to use Sugarfar for escort services, prostitution, compensated companionship, sexual services for payment, human trafficking, or to solicit, advertise or arrange clients for any such activity - including past escort activity or affiliation with an escort site or service. Violations may result in immediate account closure and a report to the authorities. Applicable mandatory consumer rights are preserved.

Minors

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sugarfar. It is prohibited to post content involving anyone under 18, to contact a minor, or to continue using the platform in contact with anyone you know or suspect to be under 18. Suspected minors must be reported to support@sugarfar.com. Violations result in termination and may be reported to the police.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. You retain the mandatory consumer rights applicable in your country of residence, which cannot be excluded by agreement.
